SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally at the moment. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Élan Studio Wear pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied:

  • Eligibility: Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or sale items (unless faulty).
  • Exchanges: You may exchange for a different size/colour if stock is available.
  • Faulty Items: If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@elanstudiowear.com. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for faulty goods.
  • Return Shipping: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable service. Or you can return to 20/14 Narabang Way, Belrose 2085. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days once the return has been received and inspected.
