Shipping policy

At Élan Studio Wear, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you quickly and securely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping within Australia

  • We use Australia Post and/or trusted courier partners for delivery.

  • Standard shipping: $10 (typically 3–7 business days depending on location). Free for orders over $150 AUD. 

  • Express shipping: $15 (typically 1–3 business days in metro areas).

  • Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Issues

  • Once your order has been dispatched, Élan Studio Wear is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@elanstudiowear.com. We will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Click & Collect 

  • Local pickup is available from Belrose 2085, NSW. We are located within "The Physio Pilates Studio". 

  • You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Élan Studio Wear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain protected.

  • You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described.

  • Change of mind is not covered under consumer guarantees, but we may accept returns in accordance with our Returns Policy.
